So I know that there is already a topic about shoes, but this is specifically about VFF's.
So I've really only heard good things about them, but are they good for parkour?
If I do get me a pair, is there anything important I need to know? What kind do I get?
Are there any shoes that you think might be better? |

Yes, that makes sense.
I'll start training barefoot anywhere it's safe enough to. I've heard the VFF's are almost like running barefoot, so in the future I think I might buy some. |

My boyfriend, a traceur named Inari has two pairs of these and he swears by them for Parkour. Apparently they're just like training barefoot, but with less of a risk of getting something stuck in your foot while training. They have good grip on most surfaces, and in most weather, and are comfortable. He said the Sprints are the better ones to get(one of the brands of them) and if your getting a pair, buy toe-socks...otherwise your feet will be freezing. _________________ To fall is not to fail,

Reading those reviews definitely makes me want to buy them. _________________ But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not grow faint. Isaiah 40:31 |
